Metroplex Credit Union Certificates of Deposit(CD) are medium to long term investments that typically yield higher return than a savings account. Metroplex Credit Union Certificates of Deposit terms are:

  • 91 Day,
  • 182 Day,
  • 1 Year,
  • 18 Month and
  • 2 Year

Metroplex Credit Union offers the following types of Certificates of Deposit:

  • Certificate of Deposit,
  • IRA Certificate of Deposit and
  • ROTH IRA Certificate of Deposit

The minimum opening deposit is $2,500. Interest is compounded and credited monthly and additional deposits are not allowed. Metroplex Credit Union Certificate of Deposits are automatically renewable. There is a substantial penalty for early withdrawl.
